Welcome to www.jbullterr.com and South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc., web site. The following Terms
of Service contain the terms and conditions that govern your use of www.jbullterr.com and South Florida Bull
Terrier Rescue League Inc. These TOS describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from
our service from www.jbullterr.com and South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc.
Use of www.jbullterr.com and South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc. constitutes acceptance of these
TOS. www.jbullterr.com and South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc. reserves the right to add, delete
and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this TOS, at any time and use sole discretion, by
posting a change notice or a new agreement on the www.jbullterr.com and South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue

Service
www.jbullterr.com and South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc., provides a number of Internet-based
services through the all such services, collectively. For the most part this site is for fund raising for English Bull
Terrier Rescue efforts.
To add some fun, we included some places for rescue stories and artists to showcase their works as well. The
tabs will continue to grow as the feedback directs the site.
We offer lost and found marketing at no cost.
www.jbullterr.com and The South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc., users may create and purchase
individual products for their own use or sell products through their own page on the site, www.jbullterr.com and
South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc. accepts no responsibility for any contact or transactions. The
seller agrees to donate a portion of their sales to South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc.
Users who would like to sell products through this site are automatically encouraged to make either electronic
change to their own web portals or send a donation through the Pay Pal links contained on the site. This is
sometimes on the honor system. Although the site may change this in it’s engineering process at anytime.
General Rules

service as expressly permitted by www.jbullterr.com and South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc. You may

No Officer, Official, Board Member, Volunteer or employee, or any person directly connected with South Florida
Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc. may use the site to promote any of his/her services, goods or businesses.

and no agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by www.
jbullterr.com and South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc., or any of these TOS.
Joining the South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc.
By joining us you help support the group as a whole not so much in a monetary fashion, but as a testament that
you believe in our efforts and want to be a part of that. There is a 15 yearly fee for Singles and 25 dollars for
couples. If you sign up as a volunteer and are active those fees are waived.
Volunteering for SFBTRL Inc. Could be many things. You can offer to transport dogs to there forever homes,
you can be a foster parent. You can be a respite home. Because volunteering is an opened ended statement
South Florida Bull Terrier Rescue League Inc. reserves the right to add to this list at any time provided it does
not conflict with the By Laws or the Conflict of Interest Policy.
The SFBTRL Inc. abides by the BTCA rescue guidelines that were set forth in 2007. We do not take in
aggressive animals. aggressive animals rarely can be rehabilitated.
In order to be a foster parent for SFBTRL you too must understand that as a rescue we agree and have signed
the national rescue contract that can be found on www.btca.com regarding the handling of rescue animals.
VOLUNTEER CODE OF CONDUCT
If we receive more than one negative, email, letter or phone call from a shelter you have been allowed to pull
from under out Corporate umbrella your rights to pull will be removed. It is often very hard to agree with people
at any level but any volunteer must conduct themselves professionally under all circumstances.
