Joe painted this painting
from a photo he took of
Rosie. Little did anyone
know it would be the last
photograph taken of Rosie.

Shortly after the photo that
inspired this painting
Rosie died of Renal failure.
This site is dedicated to Frances.
Named after the hurricane she came
into the system too late for us to get
her the medical attention she needed,
she died shortly after the storm from
severe complications of distemper.

This painting of Rosie above is an example of the
work of artist Joe Morweiser. Paintings are available to
bid on at National Rescue Events as well as local
rescue groups. 100% of the money is donated to
rescue funds or dogs in need, everywhere. Joe does
not sell paintings commercially. He strictly paints for
charity.

This painting was sold in a silent auction quite a few
years ago at a Bully event.
